Karoleena Homes was acquired by Horizon North Logistics Inc in 2016. The original founders and creators of Karoleena Homes, Kurt and Kris Goodjohn, have since started a new residential prefab design and build firm Dvele.

The Fundy prefab home by Karoleena, is a single-level, three module, 1,800 square foot single family home. Styling is California modern with flat roof lines, plenty of glass and front to back inside to outline visual lines.
The home’s floor plan emphasizes openness, with an open central kitchen, dining and living space. The entry features a modest closet and a small sitting area. The kitchen offers a large island with sink and cabinet storage. The dining area offers large corner windows and a door to the rear deck.
A master bedroom with walk through closet and master bath with large corner windows and a sliding glass door to the rear deck are located adjacent to the living room. Two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath located against the rear wall of the home offer privacy and excellent natural light.
