weeHouse homes are factory built, truck delivered and crane set at the building site. Standard weeHomes are delivered near complete with finishsed interiors and exteriors. Once set, home require button-up work — seem patching and connection, utility connection and finishing, roof sealing and some additional exterior and interior finish work — by local contractors. Home packages include 2 x 6 framing, insulation (R-19 walls, R-44 ceiling and R-35 floor), windows, doors, an EPDM membrane vented roof, primed gypsum (drywall) interior ceiling and walls, electrical wiring and fixtures, plumbing rough in and fixtures / faucets, cabinets for the kitchen and bath, and kitchen counters. Most appliances are also included; cooktop, oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, hot water heater and forced air heating system.
