The Digz 900 prefab home/ADU is a single level, two bedroom, two bathroom home with open kitchen, living and dining rooms, separate laundry closet, full bathroom and exterior mechanical closet.

The home features wrap around decking and abundant natural light with extra large floor-to-ceiling single, double stacked sliding glass doors and wrap-around clerestory windows. The four sliding glass doors in the living and dining room areas allow easy access to deck spaces and indoor/outdoor living. A single double stacked sliding glass door in each bedroom provides easy access to the deck from the bedrooms.  This model also offers an exterior mechanical room with locking door.

The home is manufactured in the Bay Area of California and transported as a complete unit by truck. Once at the site, the home is placed by crane and connected to the utilities. The price of the home includes all exterior and interior finishes (“turnkey”) and total cost estimates include all design, engineering, permitting, transportation, site grading, foundation, crane set, seismic foundation attachment and utilities connection.
