Tenaya Modern Cottage

The Tenaya Modern Cottage by Dvele is a 1,188 square foot, single-level, two-bedroom, single bathroom, modern modular home designed as a smaller primary home, vacation home or as a large accessory dwelling unit (ADU).

The home is designed to provide open, light-filled living space with an open floorplan kitchen, dining and living area. As with all Dvele homes, the open design elements and over-sized floor-to-ceiling windows offer compelling natural light and clear visual lines throughout the home and to the surrounding outdoors. For this particular design, the living space with bordered with two walls of glass and a corner wood stove.

The kitchen and dining space of the Tenaya model centers around a hybrid kitchen island and connected dining surface, providing ample work space and seating for meals or projects. a small built-in desk counter provides some additional workspace.

The private spaces within Tenaya, use a single Jack and Jill style bathroom design between the master and guest bedrooms. Each bedroom features a large wardrobe. The rear of the home offers a large covered deck off the living room and smaller uncovered deck off the master bedroom. A dedicated is designed with a dedicated entry wardrobe, laundry and mechanical closets.
