The Tradd panelized home model from Unity Homes offers a two story cottage or Cape Cod Style home built around an open floor plan with exposed timber beams.  The home design is well-suited for colder climates with steep roof lines and it’s energy-efficient design.

The Tradd two-story living with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 1.5 to 3.5 baths and between 2,064 and 2,770 square feet of space. Unity Homes offers 10 standard Tradd floor plans with and without a garage. The base price of the Tradd “Whole House” complete home package starts at $345,000.
