Zip Kit Homes Ridgeline Prefab Home
Zip Kit Homes provide modern modular and panelized prefab home kits for assembly by local contractors. The kits are designed and built using many best practice building techniques for energy-efficiency and performance.
The Ridgeline home model is available in two sizes – 400 and 840 square feet. The Ridgeline models are manufactured as prefabricated modules. The homes feature open living spaces and large windows throughout the homes.
The smaller Ridgeline 400 has a single bathroom and bedroom and a sleeping loft. The Ridgeline 840 offers a master bedroom and connected bathroom and a second, guest bedroom and second bathroom.
Like all homes from Zip Kit Design, the Ridgeline models incorporate many best-practice advanced building techniques such as; Lean Building Practices, Advanced Framing techniques, rain-screen wall designs, HEPPA air filtration, high-efficiency air recovery, and ventilation systems and wall and roof sheathing products by Zip Systems.
