CleverHomes designs and manages the construction of residential prefabricated home projects. CleverHomes offers a catalog of proprietary home designs — the CH Origins designs — which are available “off the shelf” or whicha serve as a design base for semi-custom individual prefab home projects. Homes are typically prefabricated to some degree using modular components, panelized building, advanced wood framing or using pre-configured steel materials. CleverHomes is owned and operated by prefab architect Toby Long.

CleverHomes offers home design and planning. Prefabrication and construction are completed by second parties and coordinated by CleverHomes. Homes desgins typically use modular assembly with panelized wall construction. CleverHomes designs use recycled, no VOC building materials and are built to green building certification standards.
