Dvele

Dvele designs, manufactures and builds modern prefabricated, modular, luxury homes in the United States and Canada. Dvele was founded by brothers Kurt and Kris Goodjohn who also founded prior prefab home design and build firm Karoleena Homes. Karoleena Homes was acquired by Horizon North Logistics Inc in 2016. Kurt and Kris then started Dvele. Dvele mission is to build modern, high-tech, sustainable homes at reasonable prices in efficient timelines. Homes are designed to be very energy efficient, up to Passive House and Leed certification. Dvele also focuses on the latest technology; integrating smart home automation and control in their homes. Social housing and environmental concerns are a priority for Dvele. For each Dvele home built, a small home is gifted to those in need. Dvele participated in the Nature Conservancy “Plant a Billion Trees” campaign, promising to plant 10,000 trees for each home built. Dvele offers it’s homes in the U.S. and Canada, with offices throughout the United States and Canada and a home office in Santa Rosa, California.
