The Harper home model is a two-level, four bedrooms, three bathroom 2,461 square foot modern prefab home offered by Dvele.

The home offers two-level living with open, light-filled living space and several covered outdoor deck and terrace areas. Over-sized floor-to-ceiling windows offer compelling natural light and clear visual lines throughout the home and to the connected surrounding outdoors. The main entry of the home is covered and opens to a dedicated entry area with a built-in wardrobe. The garage entry opens to a mudroom with clothing lockers and connect mechanical closet.

A large kitchen is designed around a wet island with breakfast bar seating. An open living and dining room area gives way to an outdoor deck via large sliding glass doors in the living room. A single bedroom with adjacent bathroom is located on the main level and has sliding glass door access to the rear outdoor deck.
