Threshold Builders builds pre-designed, panelized, Net-Zero energy and Passive Homes in the Hudson Valley of New York. They offer three base home models inspired by the designs of Scandinavian farmhouses. These homes offer open, efficient living space and super high-efficiency Certified Passive Home design. Pricing for each home includes all materials, mechanical systems and finishes of a complete home with options for upgrades.
Threshold Builders aims to simplify the process of buying and building a Passive Home by breaking it down into multiple, simple steps with simplified and transparent pricing along the way.
Currently, Threshold offers three Passive Home models; Getaway (874 sq ft), Bakinghouse (1,540 sq ft) and the Farmhouse (2,078 sq ft). The homes are priced at approximately $300 – $400 per square foot. Home pricing does not include planning, permitting, and site work costs.
