Simpatico Homes provides modern, architecturally designed, factory-fabricated, high efficiency homes at affordable prices. Inspired by mid-century modern California home builder Joseph Eichler, Simpatico designs embrace California modernism with walls of glass, open floorplans, indoor-outdoor design and simple clean lines. The homes are highly efficient and eco-friendly, with certifcation by USGBC’s LEED Homes Program. Simpatico Homes was founded by Seth Krubiner.
