Method Homes
Method Homes is a manufacturer of custom prefab homes and structures. Method Homes works with designers and architects to fabricate high quality modern prefabricated modular homes. The Method Homes fabrication facility is located in Washington State. Home costs vary by model and site/regional costs. Home modular costs generally range from $180 – $350 per square foot plus the costs associated with site work for your home. Site work costs vary, but typically add an additional 60 – 100% of the modular costs to the project.
