The Fallen Leaf model is a modern modular home by Dvele offering 2.498 square feet of single-level, open concept living with four bedrooms, three a half bathrooms and a connected two car garage. The home  offers open, light-filled living space with an open floorplan kitchen, dining and living area. Over-sized floor-to-ceiling windows offer compelling natural light and clear visual lines throughout the home and to the connected surrounding outdoors. A partially-covered rear patio area provides indoor-outdoor living, accessed by sliding glass doors in the living and dining room areas and the master bedroom. The main entry of the home is covered and protected from the elements and opens to a dedicated entry area with coat wardrobe and bench area.
