FlatPak is a prefab home design using a menu of components to create customized modern prefab homes. Component options include a wide variety of wood, glass, metal and concrete panels that can be assembled to meet the taste and needs of each client. After design, home components are fabricated in Wisconsin, shipped to the building site and assebled by local builders with oversight by FlatPak. FlatPak was founded by principal architect Charlie Lazor.
