The Fire Island modern prefab home model by MA Modular is a two level modular home offering 2,200 sq ft of living space with four bedrooms and two baths and a tuck-under garage.
The home is created by stacking two large crossed modular sections with the resulting open living space utilized as patios and decks. The design creates an abundance of indoor-outdoor space including multiple wrap-around decks on the main and upper levels.
The standard design puts the open living, dining and kitchen space on the upper level, improving the light and views of these spaces.
