BrightBuilt Home Vinalhaven

The Vinalhaven is the largest of the standard BrightBuilt Home plans. Offering two floors with up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as additional rooms including a main level playroom and a three season screen porch, this design has much to offer for the growing family.

The exterior of the home offers a Cape Cod cottage aesthetic, with a covered side entry, a front deck and a side attached screened sun room. Ground level windows and sliding glass doors are fitted with permanent sun shades for improved summer cooling.

Inside, the first level offers open kitchen dining living space as well as a large walk in pantry, mudroom, playroom and screen sun room. Upstairs, the second level is home to the master bedroom and bath and three guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom.

As with all the BrightBuilt Home designs, the home is designed to provide net-zero energy use through super-insulated, air-tight construction and optional photovoltaic roof panels.
